Private Training

Private Training is the top tier service that we provide.  The key benefit to Private Training is the one on one attention you will receive assuring that your training will be tailored to you. Your workout experience will be developed to suit only your needs.   This is ideal for a beginner who has never trained with weights and needs to get personal attention to make sure that each exercise is executed properly.

You will receive:

  • One on One personal training 3 days per week or (12) 45 minute sessions per month
  • Nutritional supplementation
  • Diet Consultation
  • Bi-weekly 30 minute Consult which includes:
    • Body composition
    • Diet diagnostics and suggested changes
    • Goal Development and Tracking
    • Program Effectiveness Assessment
  • Workouts for your days that you do not see your trainer
  • Useful articles and information to help you reach your goals
  • 1 monthly seminar on a selected topic chosen by clients
