In Semi-Private sessions you will be training along with 1-3 others that want to achieve similar goals as you. Training sessions could be with friends, family or co-workers. In Semi-Private sessions you build a network of accountability. You and the other participants in your session are in this together and look forward to seeing each other and being there for one another. You also receive one on one attention similar to that in the Private sessions.
Semi-Private Training consists of:
- Personal training with 1-3 other clients 3 days per week or (12) 45 minute sessions per month
- Nutritional supplementation
- Diet Consultation
- Monthly 30 minute Consult which includes:
- Body composition
- Diet diagnostics and suggested changes
- Goal Tracking
- Program Effectiveness Assessment
- Workouts for your days that you do not see your trainer
- Useful articles and information to help you reach your goals
