You work hard in the gym and you want to maximize your results. It is important to eat the right nutrition at the right time to help you reach your goals. This is sometimes easier said than done. Everybody is busy. You probably have a job where you work 40+ hours a week, you manage to squeeze in a workout three-six times a week, and you have to pick up the kids and then try to make dinner. That’s a lot to do and the last thing you want to do is prepare four meals to take to work the next day. It’s not always convenient to eat on the go and usually the options are unhealthy. You eat out of a vending machine or grab a sandwich or some nuggets from the nearest fast food joint. In the process you probably spend about $8/day ($240/month) buying food that won’t help you get any closer to your goals. In fact it’s probably counterproductive. What can be worse is not eating because you don’t have time to prepare meals. The cost of not reaching your goals or seeing any results from your workouts can be worse than the money you spend in the first place. It’s demoralizing to work hard and see no results. You start to question why you’re working so hard and for some, you quit or you’re off and on with your workout habits. The other problem that occurs is you look for quick fix products that may not work, may not be good for you, and can cost a lot of money.
The other issues are not knowing what to eat, how much to eat or when to eat the right things. It has always been thought that eating healthy isn’t convenient, doesn’t taste good and you have to give up everything that you enjoy. You might get on a nutrition program that is incomplete, frustrating from slow results, confusing, slow your metabolism, have a lack of professional guidance and lack of accountability.

This Diagram illustrates the "Yo-Yo affect" that some
diet plans leave you experiencing
What I’m about to tell you about is a plan that can address all these issues and help you reach your goals in a healthy, convenient manner. This is not a pill or just a diet but it changes the way you eat and helps you as much as you would like the entire way.
Shaklee has created the Cinch program with busy people in mind. For less than what the average person pays for unhealthy foods on a daily basis, the Cinch meal program can keep you on track to reaching your goals. The Cinch program provides you with a way to calculate your necessary calorie consumption based on your body: weight, type (easy to lose weight, hard to lose weight, somewhere in between) and gender. This plan also projects a date at which you should reach your goals. Based on a few simple inputs this program can determine how many meals you need to eat, direct you to those meals, suggest the right supplements at the right time and control your portion size by giving you specific dimensions of the size of the meals you need to consume to get the nutrients prescribed in the program. If you don’t like the suggestions and would rather choose your own meals the Cinch program will allow you to do that too with a database of literally thousands of food options and recipes (even including fast food and dessert).
The Cinch Coach Software has done all the planning for you all you have to do is follow the guideline and get the proper type of exercise to suit your weight loss needs and you will have success. The program will provide you with the optimal caloric intake for you based on your current weight, whether you’re active, sedentary or somewhere in between, how easy it is for you to lose weight and your age.
